Product Description
Rubber hoses are a class of tubular Rubber Products used to transport gas, liquid, slurry or granular materials. It consists of inner and outer rubber layer and structural layer. The materials of structural layer can be made of cotton fibers, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers or asbestos, steel wires, etc. Generally, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or cis-butadiene rubber are used for inner and outer rubber layers of rubber pipes; chloroprene rubber and nitrile rubber are used for oil-resistant rubber pipes; acid and alkali resistance, and ethylene-propylene rubber, fluorine rubber or Silicone Rubber are used for heat-resistant rubber pipes.

CONSTRUCTION: This hose consists of an inner tube of oil synthetic rubber, two fiber reinforcement, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
APPLICATIONS: Hose range suitable to carry hydraulic fluids such as glycol, mineral oils, fuels, lubrication, emulsion, hydrocarbons ect.
WORKING TEMPERATURE: from -40℃ up to +100℃
